1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 89vd platform, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, promotional offers and any other features available through https://89vd.club (the "Platform"). 2Eligibility

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before you may register an account or engage in any wagering activity on 89vd:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and other legal structures may not register accounts or participate in wagering.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of 89vd, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may hold only one registered account on 89vd. Opening or operating multiple accounts — under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all related accounts.
• You must register using your real name, date of birth and a valid mobile number. The mobile number used at registration is the primary identifier for your account and must remain active.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share them with any other person.
• You must notify 89vd immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 89vd will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to report suspected unauthorised use promptly.
• 89vd reserves the right to verify account information at any time and may request supporting documentation including a government-issued ID or proof of address as part of its KYC process.

89vd does not charge any fee for account registration or maintenance. Any costs associated with your mobile data usage, banking fees or mobile wallet transaction charges are your own responsibility and are outside 89vd's control.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions made through the 89vd Platform. By initiating any deposit or withdrawal you agree to these terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however large deposits may trigger enhanced verification requirements before funds are credited.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit will be reversed and the account placed under review.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Withdrawals to alternative accounts or wallets not used for deposit are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 2 hours of an approved request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• 89vd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay. Any fees charged by your payment provider, bank or mobile operator are outside 89vd's control.

5Bonuses and Promotions

89vd offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page before a player opts in. The following general conditions apply to all 89vd bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonuses have expiry periods stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining when the expiry period lapses will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another player or account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only, once per household and once per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitute bonus abuse.
• 89vd reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time for operational or regulatory reasons. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, bonus funds already credited will not be recalled.

89vd employs automated and manual systems to detect unusual wagering patterns associated with bonus abuse, matched betting or arbitrage strategies. Where such activity is detected, 89vd reserves the right to void the associated bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and take further action including account suspension.

6Responsible Gaming

89vd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits from their account settings. A reduction takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may set alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration. These appear as on-screen notifications and do not automatically end the session.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 89vd Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software and code — is the property of 89vd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the 89vd Platform without the prior written consent of 89vd. Unauthorised use of 89vd's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89vd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance periods or circumstances beyond 89vd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 89vd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions, data transmission errors or third-party provider failures, where 89vd has taken reasonable steps to restore correct game state and resolve any resulting discrepancy.

10Privacy and Data Protection

89vd collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out the categories of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, how long it is retained, and your rights as a data subject.

11Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is terminated by 89vd for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request with no investigation pending, the real-money balance will be returned via the registered payment method within 5 business days.

12Amendments to These Terms

89vd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations as a player — 89vd will provide no less than 7 days' notice to registered users before the amended Terms take effect.
